Queenstown URA Draft Master Plan 2019
The Hillshore is situated in Queenstown, which is the 1st first satellite town in Singapore. Established in the 1950s, Queenstown was at first planned for and developed by the Singapore Improvement Trust (SIT). After the Housing & Development Board (HDB) was set up in 1960, HDB took over the planning and development of Queenstown.
Under the 2019 URA Master Plan, the Government of Singapore has plans to improve Queenstown by constructing new residential projects, community facilities, recreational spaces and commercial buildings .
