77 units of Kopar at Newton condo sold at launch
Kopar At Newton developer CEL Development has sold 77 apartments during the launch of the project during the weekend.
The average price of the Newton condo is $2350psf.
Most of the units sold were 1 and 2 bedrooms. One penthouse at the District 9 condo, which has an area of 3,305 square feet, was also sold during the weekend.
Kopar At Newton, which is located near Newton MRT, comprises of 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom apartments housed in two 23-Storey residential blocks.
Besides Kopar At Newton, CEL is also currently marketing Park Colonial, Parc Komo and Grandeur Park Residences.
